Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
Virtual Anywhere in AZ & CA | In Person in Scottsdale, AZ
You deserve healing that reaches places talk therapy alone sometimes can’t—deeper than insight, toward transformation.
Maybe you’ve been in therapy for years. You’ve done the work—and still, something feels stuck. Depression, anxiety, trauma, or existential pain keeps looping back. You’re functional, even successful on the outside, but inside, there’s a heaviness you can’t shake. You might feel disconnected from yourself, from others, or from any sense of meaning.
You’re not broken. Your nervous system may just need a different kind of support to heal.
Ketamine-assisted therapy can open doors to healing that feel out of reach with traditional methods alone. It’s not a shortcut—it’s a different path. One that allows you to access and process deep emotional pain with more clarity, softness, and inner safety.
You’re ready to stop feeling…
Numb, flat, or emotionally disconnected
Stuck in the same cycles, no matter how much insight you have
Like you’re just surviving, not truly living
KAP offers a new way in.
Ketamine temporarily quiets the brain’s default mode network—the part responsible for overthinking, self-criticism, and emotional defenses. This shift can allow new insights, deeper emotional connection, and a softening of long-held pain.
When paired with skilled therapy, KAP becomes more than just a chemical reset. It’s a deeply intentional process where the real transformation happens not only during the medicine session—but in how you make sense of it, and what changes afterward.
-
Ketamine is administered in a safe, therapeutic setting under medical oversight. The medicine allows your mind to temporarily access new states of openness and emotional flexibility—without the ego’s usual resistance.
-
You’ll begin with preparation sessions to build trust, set intentions, and explore what’s bringing you here. During the KAP session, you’ll be supported in a calm, protected environment. Afterward, we’ll meet for integration—where the real meaning-making begins.
-
KAP can help you reconnect with buried parts of yourself, shift long-standing patterns, and move toward healing that feels both grounded and expansive. For many, it brings relief from depression, trauma, anxiety, burnout, and emotional numbness.
My Approach
You’ve hurt long enough. Now it’s time to let go.
This work is about healing from the inside out. I don’t believe in quick fixes—but I do believe in the power of deep presence, intuitive guidance, and science-backed support. I’ll walk with you through each step, holding space for both the pain and the possibilities.
KAP is a collaborative process. It’s not just about what happens during a session—it’s how we prepare your mind and body to receive the experience, and how we help you carry the insights forward. My goal is to help you access the kind of healing that isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about becoming more whole.
At the end of the day, I want you to know:
You are not too much. You are not too stuck. And it’s not too late.
There is a path forward—gentler, deeper, and more freeing than you may have thought possible.
Is KAP right for you?
